These Terms of Service apply to the use of the Run Collective website and our services.

By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our services
The Run Collective provides corporate running services, including:
● Corporate running events
● Corporate run clubs
● Corporate race programmes
● Running coaching and training
● Event planning and support
The exact services, deliverables, dates, locations and fees will be agreed with each client before
work begins.
3. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once the agreed terms have been accepted and any required deposit or
payment has been received.
We may require additional information from you to plan and deliver an event safely and
effectively.
4. Fees and payment
Fees will be agreed before services begin.
Unless otherwise agreed:
● Invoices must be paid within the payment terms stated on the invoice
● Additional services or expenses must be agreed before they are incurred
● Travel, accommodation, venue, equipment and other third-party costs may be charged
separately
All prices are subject to VAT where applicable.
5. Changes and cancellation
If you need to change or cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing and costs already incurred. These will
be set out in your booking or service agreement.
We may need to change or cancel an event due to circumstances outside our reasonable
control, including severe weather, venue restrictions, safety concerns or other events beyond our
control.
Where possible, we will work with you to reschedule the service.
6. Safety
Running and physical activity carry inherent risks.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit and able to take part in the activity.
Participants must follow reasonable instructions given by The Run Collective and its coaches.
We reserve the right to refuse participation where we reasonably believe that someone's health,
safety or behaviour creates a risk to themselves or others.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about participants where this is
required to plan an event safely.
7. Coaches
The Run Collective works with a network of qualified coaches.
We select coaches based on their qualifications, experience, insurance and suitability for our
programmes.
We may use different coaches depending on location, availability and the requirements of the
event.
8. Weather and external conditions
Outdoor running events may be affected by weather, route conditions, transport disruption or
other external factors.
We may change the route, timing or format of an event where reasonably necessary for safety or
operational reasons.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Run Collective website, including text, logos, graphics, images and branding,
belongs to The Run Collective Ltd or our licensors and may not be copied or used without
permission.
Clients retain ownership of materials they provide to us.
Any use of The Run Collective branding by clients must be agreed in advance.
10. Photography and content
We may arrange photography or video as part of an event.
Where photography or video is commissioned by a client, the agreed usage rights will be set out
separately.
We will handle personal information and identifiable participant images in accordance with our
Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
11. Our responsibility
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.
12. Website use
You must not misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious
software or use the website for unlawful purposes.
We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website without notice where reasonably
necessary.
13. Third-party services
We may use third-party suppliers, venues, platforms, coaches and service providers to deliver
our services.
We are not responsible for services provided directly by third parties where those services are
outside our control.

15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
